Bayside Center: Coronado's Newest Jewel In The Making | continued

Keith has used his skills in analysis, vision and personal interaction to create Interglobe Trading Company, Inc., along with the support of Susana. Beginning in 2002 in Coronado, this company has grown ever since it was founded, in part because of service to clients and developing a basis of trust.

Currently, Interglobe Trading has become one of the major distributors of Black and Decker, one of the largest power tools companies worldwide. With over 500 clients from all over Panama, and more than 1000 product lines imported from all over the world, Interglobe Trading will carry on with the original company statement: “the right product, at the right price, with excellent service”.

Anyone who has driven by the Coronado entrance can see the boom of professional buildings going up. Once completed, it really won't be necessary to go city-side to get the products and services you need. Bayside Center will be located just off the Pan American highway next to El Rey shopping center. What separates Bayside Center is really Susana and Keith, who are extremely knowledgeable, talented and service oriented. Their philosophy is to provide excellence not only to their clientele, but to all those who work for them. Success is measured by the quality of the business from the outside in and the inside out. If the workers are happy and well cared for, then that is how they relate to all they serve. The new Bayside Center will offer cutting-edge building

supplies and methods of construction. For instance, they will carry compressed earth block, or CEB, which are non-toxic, fire resistant, and acoustically and thermally superior. Affordable solar panels will of course be used throughout the Center, and be available to buy. All of the new technologies as part of the construction will make the maintenance and monthly operating costs much more modest than those using traditional forms of materials and energy sources.

Bayside Center's on going support and training will bring a boost to the local economy providing jobs and new skills for the workers. Susana and Keith are once again, bringing a dream and a mission into reality. Ten years ago they took what her father began and are exceeding all expectations.
